Through use of our website and purchasing our products you agree to the terms and conditions set out below.

Purchase of products

Placing an order

The products that we have available for purchase will be displayed and can be ordered through the website. An order is placed once the check out process has been completed and payment has been received. We will acknowledge your order via email immediately in the case of cash on collection otherwise once payment has been received.

For local pick up we will contact you via email to arrange a collection time once your order is ready for collection.

For courier delivery we will confirm dispatch via email and, where applicable, supply a tracking number, upon confirmation of acceptance by our delivery partner.

Occasionally we may not be able to accept your order. This might be due to your ordered product being out of stock, we are not able to obtain authorisation/confirmation of payment or there was an error in pricing or product description. In these cases we will endeavor to contact you and try to resolve the issue.

All purchases are subject to UK Law.

Products & Services

All our products are produced in the United Kingdom, Buckinghamshire – unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to correct any incorrect information appearing on our website without notice and the right to make changes which do not affect the material quality, performance of our products or withdraw any products from sale without incurring liability.

Stock & Availability

Where we have limited stock we will indicate this on the relevant product page. If an item is out of stock, you can subscribe to notifications to receive an email when the item is back in stock.


All our product prices are in Great British Pounds(GBP) and are subject to change without notice. Prices charged will be those in force at time of successful check out.

Unless otherwise stated coupons, discounts and promotional discount codes offered by buckinghamshire-honey.co.uk are valid only for use as part of a purchase made via buckinghamshire-honey.co.uk.

Want to change your order or for some reason cancel it?

Please call us on 01525 270325 or email us at sales@buckinghamshire-honey.co.uk as soon as possible quoting your order number and date. If your order has not been posted we will do our best to assist. If your order has been shipped the returns/refund process will need to be followed.

Want to return / refund an order?

We are really proud of our product and hope that we can rectify the problem. Due to the food nature of our honey products we are afraid we cannot offer a return/refund if your order has been shipped.

For all other products, please contact us 01525 270325 or email us at sales@buckinghamshire-honey.co.uk to agree the return. Return will be at your own cost. Once the product is received in good, unused condition. we will provide a full refund minus postage costs to the original payment method you used.

Order Missing, incomplete or arrives damaged?

We pack our products using special anti breakage packaging so the chances of damaged goods being delivered is low even with the roughest handling. Occasionally an order can be mishandled by our couriers, get lost or fail to arrive in an unsuitable condition.

If this happens to you please contact us on 01525 270325 or email us at sales@buckinghamshire-honey.co.uk and we’ll do our best to resolve the situation. This must be done within 14 days of delivery with photographs of the damage attached. Please indicate if you would like a refund or replacement. Once agreed we will provide either the requested replacement at our own cost or a full refund to the original payment method you used.
