    I love this honey, and the service is prompt and reliable in getting it to me. They were clear when they were not around during holiday times and so unable to fulfil orders which was very helpful: for me, expectation setting is a huge part of ensuring good customer experience. I also value the approach to the cost of delivery. It seems to reflect genuine cost rather than just a percentage added to the price of the honey, e.g. cost of delivery for buying 3x1lb jars is the same as for 6. It is just a heavy item courier cost. Most important though, the honey is great. Well done Buckinghamshire Honey Company!!
